The World record for the biggest ever picnic is 8000 people in Tenerife, Spain on 2nd May 1999.

Our aim is to show our support for Fair Trade by breaking this record and creating the world’s LARGEST EVER FAIR TRADE PICNIC.

This means we need about 400 people picnicking in each Local Authority area!

There will be three days dedicated to picnics - from Friday 29th June to Sunday 1st July.

We're hoping that every Fairtrade group in Wales will get involved, but also schools, churches, workplaces... in fact anywhere people can gather together and share some food!
