Traidcraft is a UK-based alternative trading organisation, established in 1970, dedicated to 'fighting poverty through trade'. Traidcraft has a range of factsheets to help explain fair trade and give information about some of the people who make their products.

Traidcraft have developed a series of downloadable assemblies and lesson plans that consider issues of fair trade and poverty from a Christian perspective.

 Oxfam GB is a development, advocacy and relief agency working to put an end to poverty world-wide.It has a very useful website with general information on Fairtrade, Fairtrade resources for teachers and Fairtrade information for pupils on Cool Planet.

This website from the international Catholic charity CAFOD provides extensive information on Fairtrade including educational resources for teachers and an excellent website for pupils.
